So, I found Empire Appliance Repair when my buddy mentioned them after I complained about my noisy Frigidaire fridge. It was buggin’ the heck outta me. Anyway, I checked them out online too—reviews seemed solid. I’m in San Diego, so local and convenient.
Booked an appointment, and it wasn't one of those 'wait forever' situations. They said noon and showed up right on time. Super glad about that. The tech was friendly, knew his stuff, and got straight to work. Fifteen minutes in, he pinpointed the problem. Something about a fan issue, I think.
What I liked? No high-pressure upsells. Just honest advice and a decent price. My Frigidaire fridge is almost silent now. It's like magic. I'll definitely call Empire Appliance Repair again if anything goes haywire with my other stuff.
